Dante Confections promises not to release any private information, such as names, credit-card or phone numbers. Dante Confections guarantees that your information will be safe.
All credit-card information is transacted over the telephone. Please do not include your credit card number through email. Dante Confections recognizes the need for customer confidentiality.
Please include a NAME and PHONE NUMBER for all inquiries directed to our sales department (sales@danteconfection.com). A sales representative will call you back as soon as possible to complete your order.
If you, the customer, wishes to complete an order by calling 1-800-93-DANTE, please state that you are ordering from the website. Please note: Dante Confections prefers that web buyers EMail first so that we can more easily keep track of our different customers and work more efficiently so that the customer's order is shipped as soon as possible.
All orders are shipped within 2 business days, excluding Friday. Dante Confections does not ship on Friday, for the customer's benefit. Delivery services stock their deliveries in warehouses on the weekends. Dante Confections wants to ensure a safe delivery. All orders are exclusively shipped through UPS (United Parcel Service).
Santi Falcone, owner of Dante Confections, guarantees a safe delivery. If, for some reason, there are any problems with shipment, please call the toll free number.
